I bought some JC shoes for my wedding - ordered them on Friday night and received them Tuesday morning! Great service and would defo use again.
As a buyer located in the United States, the reason I chose to shop with Vitkac is because of their ability to discount items at insane prices that are either sold out in the states or at full price.
When I finally decided to purchase, I had issues purchasing the item like many of the reviewers have stated. When trying to add my payment info, the screen would fail to load or provide me with any fields to input my payment info but, I would receive an order confirmation. However, since I was unable to pay for the item thiscaused my order to be canceled.
This occurred 3 times because I kept trying over and over again and making the same mistakes. So I would suggest to update your website to ensure a better customer experience on the website.
However, during this time, I was in contact with their customer representative via email. I asked numerous questions about the product, shipping/return policy and why my order was canceled where my questions were always answered very quickly. They were eventually able to help me troubleshoot the cancelation problem by suggesting I use another browser to make the purchase.
Once I was able to purchase, I waited for Vitkac to ship the product. They ship it out in 2 days via DHL and it got to my door in less than a week.
All in all, I'm glad I gave Vitkac a try and would recommend to buy from them as they do have some sort of customer service which was extremely helpful. However, I never returned the items so I cannot speak from that perspective. My advice would be to understand that you could be taking a risk when returning the item BUT sometimes, the Vitkac discounts are too insane to pass up.

I recently purchased a MCM cognac mixed backpack on 06/09/21 and received it 06/15/21 from Poland to Texas. The backpack is beautiful and 100% legit I did get it verified. I was very skeptical but did research on the site which made me feel better and still took a chance so I purchased. For anyone that is worried about this site I can vouch for it and if I could post a picture of the backpack along with the other things it came with I would but I cannot.
Very poor - or actually not exisiting - customer service. A 10% off code was offered on the website. When i wanted to buy something, a message popped up in the purchasing process that the code was invalid (even though the code was still offered on the website for the specific product i wanted to buy). I sent 2 Emails to the customer service and never received an answer. Very disappointing experience!
Never usually write reviews but as I relied on them a lot I wanted to share my positive experience to help those who want to order but who are nervous about the bad reviews. Ordered Bottega pouch with 10% off, delivery was super fast and all tracked. Ended up being a lot smaller than expected so chose to return. Was really sceptical to return due to lots of awful reviews but customer service had been replying to all my emails/queries super fast and return was tracked via DHL so chose to take the risk. Received return within a couple of days and got my money back 5 days after. Honestly couldn't fault the service, customer service were really helpful in answering all my questions regarding time frame, would really recommend.
I purchased Iceberg puffer jacket on Farfetch website and it was sent to me by Vitkac. I am pretty much sure it was a fake, because I've never seen such a low quality product before. Unfortunately I can not attach its photos here. My order no is 2HCNJZ. They did a refund, but I wasted my time and money for paying Ukraine customs taxes for parcel.
It’s been the greatest experience ever! Customer service so prompt in resolving issues, fastest shipping and great brand deals! Surely I will buy again!

You’ll be fine as long as you don’t need to contact customer service but as soon as you need help with an order or a return, or even enquiring about a product before purchase, rest assured you’ll get no response. They allow you to return an order within 14 days but they won’t respond so you can’t return the order. I would say don’t take the risk. In the event that your order isn’t perfect, you’ll be stuck with it. Luxury goods are too expensive to take that sort of risk with.
Impossible to purchase!
In a past few days, I have tried to place an order with Vitkac.com multiple times but every time they email me saying the order is cancelled.
I have multiple accounts from different providers and to be clear this is not for credit; this is directly from my debit accounts that are all sufficiently funded. I called them and they have no idea how to process anything, they just say it was declined due to some protection system. So much protection, one cannot buy from them.
I tried with 4 different cards - Visa, American Express (Centurion and Platinum) and MasterCard. ALL DECLINED.
I also ask a friend to do it for me but HIS CARDS WERE ALSO DECLINED - Hopeless!!!
I contacted customer service and they said I should use PayPal but, guess what…. they don’t offer PayPal on their website!!
Furthermore, I asked "can I pay over the phone", again, this is not possible. It really is IMPOSSIBLE to buy from them.
I also suggested I can make a money transfer but they CAN'T secure garments I WANT but they would then have my money - which is indeed what I want to give them for the goods.
I have travelled and shopped all over the world and I never had such a BAD customer service experience. It’s truly awful and you basically CAN'T BUY anything.

Context:
I ordered on Vitkac.com a limited edition Diesel bag. I love Diesel and normally buy stuff from them directly. This time I noticed Diesel shop run out of this kind of bags and I started to look for it in Google. The only place where the bag was available was Vitkac.com, this is how I got to know the website.
I searched for reviews of Google reviews and on Trustpilot and I couldn't make my mind whether the source is trustable or not. Though I decided to give it a go.
My experience:
`By the time I placed the order, it was the last available bag. I placed order on Saturday, on Monday it was shipped from Poland by DHL and Tuesday evening I got my gorgeous bag. By the way, Diesel was selling it for 280 pounds and Vitkac for 250 + I used 10% off for the first purchase, I paid 225 pounds and received an amazing service.
Highly recommended!

I was skeptical about ordering a D&G bag after the reviews I read about the customer service and return policy. After I received my order, all the doubts I had were cleared. The delivery was prompt, placed an order on 28th December and received it on 5th January. Perfect packaging. The price which they offered, I wouldn’t have got it anywhere else. Perfect buy. Will definitely buy again.
Absolute scammers. Changed the price of the item to more than double once they knew it was in the basket. Stay well away unless you want your card details being compromised. Do not reply to messages so don't even bother.
